How to assign queue to agent
In Intellicon whenever you create a new agent, you need them to assign a queue or queues so that they can take incoming calls.
This will help you how you can assign queues to agents:
- Click on Agents tab on the side Panel
- Click on Actions > Assign Queues.
- Click on the Queue name in Available box to move them to Selected box.
NOTE: Agents needs to logout & log back in to be the part of new queues.
