How to Add Scripts in Queues

In Intellicon you can add Scripts (Helping Material) for agents which will show on their panel while they receive a call.
You can add static information (Text) or useful links to make it easy for agents to refer to information that is required most frequently.
It can be created for each individual queue for its own type.
To add scripts follow the steps below:
  • Click on Queues tab at the side Panel.
  • Then click on Actions > Add Scripts
  • Type the text or add any links then hit save.
